<br> notifying the fund about the employee's status
In case of a new appointment, transfer or promotion of an employee, the office that approves such new appointment, transfer or promotion shall notify the fund immediately. (3) In case the employee retires or his service is terminated in any other way, the office shall notify the fund including the date of the employee's retirement or termination of service in order to return the amount deducted from the employee's fund.
